Still buzzing from our Market study visit to Zurich. It was impeccably organized by DACH team. Kenny, Jane and Orla thought of all the details and prepared visits and influential people for us. Amazing conversations happened and we’re very excited about the future of our brands in this beautiful market.

A highlight for sure, was to meet John Molloy, founder of .paris I will treasure our conversation. It was next level 💛

I either walked or run on this boardwalk every day during July and August.

I went past this particular tree 🌳 every day and the smell of it hit me and made me smile.

It’s no surprise than when picking the name of one of the new styles, this one came to mind.

All our bags have the name of a tree 🌴 and in Spanish. We started this little tradition when we launched and never moved away from it. We 💚 it.

Can you guess the name of the tree for this new bag? It’s got an edible fruit that I adore.

Ok, we are saying goodbye to summer.

Kids going back to school and somehow everyone’s routine is fully back in place, whether you have kids or not. Traffic back to normal, our favourite coffee shops with their long queues, trams and trains packed and the city’s natural rhythm is restored.

All we have to do is gently remind ourselves that September feels like a reset button. Another chance for a fresh start.

To kill or not to kill a product…

Decision: kill it if not right ‼️

I took me a few weeks to decide to not produce a product that wasn’t ready, and as a result, the entire production was delayed and will be launched Mid to end September.
Was I the bottleneck? Absolutely! 🫪

I was somehow caught up in the middle of meeting fashion calendars and having a certain number of products to have a cohesive collection. And I realized I was wrong. That’s all bull###x.

We are bringing a super exciting Autumn Winter line with the exact amount of right products for our customers, the LANDA women.

Lesson re-learned: fail faster. Decide quicker. Be more assertive 💪

Looking forward to presenting it to you. One of the most exciting collections we’ve ever had.

Not ready to let go of summer ☀️

7 years ago I started my brand. I had zero knowledge of the industry or how a handbag was made.

What I had was my grandfather Miguel, the Italian cobbler who taught me passion for creating beautiful products stitch by stitch.

I wanted to create a business and a lifestyle. Not a hobby, not a side hassle. Something successful but also with freedom in my hands.

I’m working from Spain this summer, this didn’t happen by accident. I put systems in place. I moved the fulfillment center to Northern Ireland, I created a way of being in touch with our community and factory partners.
Everything is running. Zero guilt.

It all takes time and strategy.
It wasn’t easy.
If you are building a business and life for yourself keep going, the freedom will come.

A huge thanks to my business coach who was so instrumental in major changes I made. Let’s go 🚀🙌🏻🩵
