It’s not unusual for us to get customer feedback and love messages. However, we just got 3 very detailed and specific messages from customers we didn’t know.

Isn’t it great when they take the time to write a detailed message because they genuinely love the product?

But one of them was even more special. It was from a woman I met on the plane the other day and she fell in love with the bag I had with me. A bag that isn’t launched yet but she saw and couldn’t stop thinking about.

This has to be right up there for founders, right? Getting validation and support from people we never met is so cool and reassuring. It makes us love our job even more.

Founders! Get your priorities right and mind yourselves.

We know that every weekend in November and December are bonkers! Our energy levels are high, we know that, but we nearly always over do it.

I decided that this year I would carve some time wherever possible to slow down and prioritize important things knowing how crazy demanding those 7 weeks are.
(Don’t drop the gym, the time with your kids, the date night, brunch with the girls, the morning walks, etc).
I’ve been doing this for 8 years but this is the first time I’m taking control in a different way. I want to do this my way and balance things out. What’s the point otherwise? (Will report back at the end and see how we did 💪).
