Sometimes all you need is good light… and slightly over-the-top glasses English 👇🏻

יש רגעים שבהם קורה משהו, ההרגשה שונה ובעיקר , האור אחר.
לא אור שמעלים, לא אור שמסתיר — פשוט אור מרכך.

ישבתי בביסטרו, עם אהובי, צילמתי בלי לחשוב יותר מדי,
ופתאום ראיתי אותנו מהצד.

אני לא תמיד אוהבת את עצמי בתמונות.
המצלמה נוטה להדגיש בדיוק את מה שהייתי מעדיפה להתעלם ממנו —
הזמן, הקמטים, השינויים.

אבל הפעם זה הרגיש אחרת.

לא כי נראיתי “צעירה יותר”,
אלא כי ראיתי את עצמי קצת יותר בעדינות.

ואותו. ואותנו.

אולי להזדקן בחן זה לא איך שנראים —
אלא איך לומדים להסתכל.

Sometimes the light does something different.
Not hiding, not erasing — just softening.

Sitting in a small bistro, taking pictures without thinking,
I suddenly saw us from the outside.

I don’t always like how I look in photos.
The camera tends to highlight exactly what I’d rather ignore —
time, lines, change.

But this time felt different.

Not because I looked younger,
but because I looked at myself more gently.

At him. At us.

Maybe aging gracefully isn’t about how we look —
but about how we learn to see ourselves?

Today the unimaginable happened.🧘🏼

I woke up with serious back pain and that lovely exhausting pain down my left leg (hello again, sciatic nerve… we’ve known each other for years, it comes and goes — and apparently today it came).

But wait, that’s not the unimaginable part.

The real shock:
I decided — for the first time in my life — to do a yoga session alone in my living room.

It happened after our weekly class with the amazing , when I told her I’d been waiting all morning for the lesson because I knew it would make me feel better.

Confession: until now my attitude was more like
“Ugh… I have yoga tonight”
and my main goal was simply to survive it.

And suddenly… something changed.

So tell me —
is there still hope for me? 🧘🏼‍♀️

A simple doctor’s appointment for my teenager led us to a familiar street, a blue door we’d passed countless times.
We opened it — and stepped into something totally unexpected.
I honestly had never seen an interior like this before.
