ফুচকা আমরা মোটামুটি সবাই বেশ ভালোবাসি। কলকাতার সবথেকে প্রিয় একটা স্ট্রিটফোর্ড ফুচকা। তবে এই যে এক প্লেট ফুচকা টা আপনারা দেখছেন এটা কিন্তু কলকাতা নয় এটা হচ্ছে ব্যাঙ্গালোরে।

বেঙ্গালুরু কি কলকাতা ফুচকা খেলে মনটা সবারই বেশ ভালো হয়ে যায়। কিন্তু একটা ডিফারেন্স আছে,ওখানে ফুচকাতে পেঁয়াজ দেয় এখানে কলকাতাতে অত পেঁয়াজ দেওয়াটা দেখিনি আমি তাই আগের থেকে ওদের বলে দিতে হয় খালি পেঁয়াজ টা দেবেন না বাকি লেবু বা তেতুল ওখানেও দেয়।

সে যাই হোক কলকাতা হোক আর ব্যাঙ্গালোরই হোক ফুচকা কিন্তু সবের সাথে বেশ মানিয়ে যায় সে খুশি থাক আর দুঃখে থাকি একা একা বেরিয়ে একটু ফুচকা খেয়ে এলাম। দারুন লাগে।কি বলেন ? তো আজকে ফুচকা হচ্ছে নাকি জানাবেন কমেন্ট করে।
