We are looking for a graduate candidate with 2-3 Years experience in textile retail segment or any role in retail sales management for our New Store/Showroom Opening Soon at location Raman Mandi, district Bathinda, Punjab-151301 for the post of Branch Store manager having strong retail managerial skill that helps to our company to effectively manage all the resources and achieve our organizational goals in terms of sales growth with customer satisfication.
Major responsibilities includes all the essential job functions but are not limited to following:
• Accountable to increase sales and setting sales targets for the team keeping in mind market trend and customer needs. Ensure that target achieved within a time frame so that business drive towards a new level of success.
• To display the merchandise/mannequins so that it immediately catches the attention of the customers.
• Manages and motivates the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Recognize staff strength and delegate role accordingly. Listen to their ideas and encourage them.
• To Train new employees properly, ensure deadline as earlier decided are met.
• Regular interviewing/review with the team as to sales target, customer choices and customer feedback. To inquire whether target hitted, if not know variance in terms of number and review reason and initiate corrective action.
• Maintain a regular physical count to ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being “out of stock" and identify slow moving or dead items so that timely initiative in terms of promotional/discount schemes.
• Prevent both external and internal theft/shoplifting.
• Evaluate salesperson performance in terms of sales target and motivate them to grow. It helps them to improve their productivity and calling patterns in terms of consumer and product range.
• Raising sales invoice and documentation thereof, initiate expense into the software, depositing cash into the bank on regular basis.
• Responding to customer reviews and complaints and addressing them. Gather customer feedback after sales.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures to be abide by to avoid any conflicts.
• Keep store clean and hygiene.
