We will make every sincere effort to carefully inspect, pack, and dispatch the best possible product to you with complete honesty and care. However, as these are mixed-collection pieces, minor imperfections, signs of handling, or very slight damage may be present in some articles.
No Return / No Exchange / No Cancellation:
Once an order is confirmed, no return, exchange, or cancellation will be accepted under any circumstances. This policy also applies if an article has even 1% minor damage, imperfection, or any slight defect. Such issues will not qualify for a return or exchange.

In Case of a Missing/Wrong Item:
If an item is not received in proper packaging or if you receive an incorrect/different item, a complete 360-degree unboxing video, recorded continuously from the moment the package is unopened until the contents are fully revealed, is mandatory. The video must be clear and without any cuts, pauses, interruptions, or editing. Without a proper uninterrupted 360-degree unboxing video, no claim regarding a missing or incorrect item will be accepted.
