Eligibility Criteria
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering OR B.Sc. in a relevant discipline
• Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply
• No prior work experience mandatory
• Candidates from Indore, Dhar, Mhow, Pithampur, Ghatabillod or surrounding areas preferred
What You Will Do
• Work on the factory floor across production and maintenance functions
• Support engineers in operating and maintaining machinery across the factory
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality protocols in line with FMCG industry standards
• Assist in routine equipment checks, breakdown support, and preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain basic operational records and daily reports as directed by supervisors
