Creation and Alignment Part 2

Recreation from discarded material is the higher creative endeavour that aligns us to greater good that we all strive for.

If you are unconditioned by consumerism you will create individual designs that connect you with your own truth.

That is alignment and that makes you happy.

Making new things from scraps takes intent and commitment. As you will know intent is that property that changes paths of particles we are made of.

Dharma or karma however you look at it, it remains unchanged and infinite, it's you who needs to align to it.

Wore a beautiful antique convent work saree at a recent wedding in Srinagar...yes Srinagar!

It was a nostalgic trip, because being a 70s kid, Kashmir defined all aspects of beauty translated by poets and movie makers brilliantly.

It's still jannat.

Convent work is an exquisite form of hand embroidery and lace-making introduced to India by European missionary nuns in the 19th century. It is characterized by its extreme delicacy and "painting-like" quality, achieved using ultra-fine single threads on luxurious fabrics.

Now what I have cleverly done is that I made the saree little structured so it was super easy to wear while still retaining its delicate character.

It's genius even if I do say so myself.

Saree genius...who me?!
