WHY AM I MOVING FROM GOOGLE TO OMAIL?
I don't understand why I can't do a simple task such as updating my phone number that I no longer have access, to a new phone number so I can complete the 2-step verification code to a new phone number.
I can log into my account with no problem, all I want to do while I'm in the account is to delete the old phone number and update a new phone number for the 2-step verification in case I get locked out. Why is it not as simple as that? Why CAN'T I speak to a live person or even a robot? I don't care as long as there is a resolution to my problem.
