We guide our clients regarding fabric selection, design selection, catalogue selection, fast moving hot albums over phone or by mail or if they visit our boutique to choose the best. HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select the album name, design name or design no and no of qty in each design
2. Send the above details along with shipping address in mail to [email protected]
3. We will revert back with stocks availability and their prices.
4. To confirm order, send us confirmation mail with the final list of items with the shipping address. PAYMENT TERMS:
Once you confirm the order, we will send you the payment link by which you can make the payment online using your Debit or the Credit card (by PAYPAL) or we shall send you our bank details where in you can do a WIRE TRANSFER or DIRECT CASH DEPOSIT in our bank account. DELIVERY TERMS:
Once payment received, the delivery takes max 10 days within india and outside of India the delivery happens in 21 days. TRACK YOUR ORDER:
All DOZO COUTURE & BOUTIQUE items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
You shall immediately notify us in mail upon Delivery or non Delivery within the prescribed time period. If you fail to provide such notification/ confirmation of receipt or non-receipt of an item within [7] days of expiry of the Delivery time prescribed in the above clause, it shall be construed as a deemed Delivery in respect of that Transaction and the Transaction Price shall not be refunded. SHIPPING CHARGES:
Buyer has to bare shipping charges for all domestic and international orders. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. For International orders, the shipping charges are different for different items. Also Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices. OCTROI CHARGES:
Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in Octroiable cities. DOZO COUTURE & BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any octroi payments. OTHER TAXES:
Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land. RETURN POLICY:
In order to avoid dispute with clients, we ensure products which you receive are in good condition and products are as per description/photo on the album. We do not encourage return policies strictly. DELIVERY METHOD:
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
• We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
• If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
