India, Nepal & Bangladesh are quota free countries for some products & are flooded with cheap labour options. Hence, huge quantities of labour intensive items are exported out of these countries. Excess stock available with the Exporters is sold by them in domestic market in the form of delayed or held shipments. We at "EXPORT HAAT" have developed the
necessary skill set to pick up selected pcs from these lots to cater to our customers by providing them best quality products. the suppliers of these items are sitting across the country i.e. Tripur,Bangalore (southern India) & in National Capital Region etc. In addition to the held up/ delayed shipment stock, we also sell off seasoned or last years left out stock of Domestic brands such as Adidas, Puma, Nike & many others. These branded goods are sold by authorized distributors/ dealers of the brands because every big brand likes to replace it's old stock with fresh arrival and does not want to sell old stock in their outlets. We at "Export Haat" are running almost a "Departmental Store" of apparels & home furnishing items. sometimes when we don't get a particular item from the export surplus market we also approach domestic manufactures form Delhi, Bangalore & Ludhiana to maintain the variety for our esteemed customers. As "Export Haat" is trying our best to serve our customers, we also have a unique "Exchange & Return “policy of taking back the goods with in one week from the date of purchase. also, sometimes our customers are curious to know the reasons of cutting & crossing (with marker) on the labels. We wish to clarify that we want to be fair with every brand & by doing this we declare to all customers that these items are of "Seconds" category. By doing this, we wish to inform our valued customers that although we try and provide best quality goods to our customers we do not wish to claim ourselves equal to a branded showroom. "Export Haat" is a Multi Brand Factory Outlet & is different from a branded outlet.
