Are you wondering what the weather is like in Iceland in May? Then you’re in the right place. Currently, autumn is starting off slow, and winter is hanging on. The start of the month has been fairly cold, with the windchill dragging down the temperature to below zero. Even though it’s been very sunny. It is also snowing up north. So even though Europe is welcoming summer, that’s not quite the case in Iceland just yet.. so make sure to bring good outdoor clothes and if you don’t own the clothes you need to stay warm you can rent them at icelandcover.com
