The presentation demonstrated how closed-loop vacuum control can:
optimize wet end operation
improve process stability
reduce energy consumption
replace traditional recipe-based vacuum settings
In many applications, these systems can generate annual savings in the range of USD 300,000โ€“450,000, while simultaneously improving paper quality and machine efficiency.
