DISPUTE ACTS OF PLAGIOUS AND UNFAIR COMPETITION

We would like to inform that on October 19th 2022, after a conduct of plagiarism and unfair competition, we were forced to take a legal action against the Max Sauveur brand.

The products concerned are the belts: PALLADIUM (renamed Jesse), OURAY (renamed Billy) and SARTI (renamed Emile). The last one exclusively developed in collaboration with our client (sartoism.com).

Unfortunately, this is not the first time it happens, but never before in such an evident way.

We strongly believe that everyone has the opportunity to find their own space in the market, as long as this is done with honesty.

For the above reasons and to prevent our public from the purchase of items which are not from our production, we felt the need to clarify the issue, focusing on the respect and protection of those who have always believed in our project: customers, friends, supporters and collaborators.

CONTESTAZIONE ATTI DI PLAGIO E CONCORRENZA SLEALE

Vi informiamo che in data 19 ottobre 2022, a fronte di una condotta da noi ritenuta di plagio e concorrenza sleale, siamo stati costretti ad attivarci per vie legali nei confronti del marchio Max Sauveur.

I prodotti interessati sono le cinture: PALLADIUM (rinominata Jesse), OURAY (rinominata Billy) e SARTI (rinominata Emile). Quest’ultima sviluppata in collaborazione con il nostro cliente (sartoism.com).

Purtroppo non è la prima volta che ciò accade, ma mai prima d’ora in maniera così evidente.

Crediamo fortemente che tutti abbiano la possibilità di trovare il proprio spazio nel mercato a patto che ciò avvenga con correttezza.

Per i motivi sopracitati e per non trarre in inganno il nostro pubblico dall’acquisto di articoli non di nostra produzione, abbiamo sentito la necessità di fare chiarezza nel rispetto ed a tutela di chi ha sempre creduto nel nostro progetto: clienti, amici, sostenitori e collaboratori.
