FRESHROOMは、最短1ヵ月からご利用いただける家具付きのシェアルームを運営しています。
個室には机・椅子・ベッド・エアコン・Wi-Fi等が備え付けとなっており、その他リビング・キッチン・トイレ・シャワールーム等を皆さんでシェアするスタイルとなっています。
敷金・礼金・仲介手数料・更新料等、余計な出費を減らすことができ、また、共有スペースでルームメイトと交流できることもシェアハウスの特徴です。

Share house is a place where different people share a house or an apartment. Every amenity from the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilets are shared with your roommate except your own bedroom. The monthly rent ranges from 51,000yen, plus utilities of gas, water, electricity, as well as Internet fee for 8,000yen. (It depends on property)
New resident is possible to start staying with their contract terms from 1month. Please be prepared copy of your ID and 30,000yen for Security Deposit. (The rent would be calculated daily basis from after 1 month.) We do not take key money, caution money, agency fee, or consigner. When it comes about interior of each bedroom, it equipped with basic closet, desk/chair, and A/C. About shared kitchen, there is all kind of kitchen tools, such as pan, pots, microwave, and rice cooker. You can simply start your new life here in Tokyo with only your minimum baggage. Moreover, there are plenty of chances of encounter with new people from all over the world.
