同じ一本の、同じ生地です。
Resonance のアセテートフレーム。
1枚目と2枚目、色が違って見えませんか。
違うのは厚みと、後ろにあるものだけです。
フロントは生地が厚いぶん、青が濃く出ます。
テンプルは薄くて、裏に金色の芯が入っている。
だから緑に寄る。
透明な生地の色は、それ自体では決まりません。
白い壁の前と、夜の街と、自分の肌の上。
全部、違う色になります。
だから写真の色は参考にしかならない。
かけてみるまで、本当の色は分かりません。
不便な話です。
でも、決まりきらないから面白いとも思っています。
この色、なんと呼びますか。

Look at the first image, then the second.
The colour is not the same, is it.
The only difference is thickness, and what sits behind it.
The front is thick, so the blue comes through deep.
The temple is thin, with a gold core running inside it.
So it leans green.
The colour of a transparent material is never decided by the material alone.
Against a white wall, in the city at night, on your own skin —
every one of them is a different colour.
Which is why a photograph can only ever be a reference.
You will not know the real colour until you put it on.
Inconvenient, we know.
We also think that is the interesting part.
