Prestigious launch of the book “ Sadaaqa” authored by at 📍Kuwait National Library .
Attended by the Crème de la crème of Kuwait right from Royals , diplomats, media personalities , business heads and intellectuals.
☘️Had the privilege of meeting Ambassador Nabeela Abdulla Al Mulla in person . She is a Kuwaiti diplomat, scholar, & educator. She was the first woman ambassador from Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council. She became the first Arab woman to be named Permanent Representative to the UN .The humility she exhibits through her presence and conversations , made made us feel so comfortable in her magnanimous presence , often showing affection , clicking pictures & laughing .A woman who has accomplished and achieved so much in life is so down to earth and affectionate .
☘️Had the honor of meeting Her excellency Mrs. Paromita Tripathi , Ambassador of India to Kuwait . On few rare occasions I’ve had the privilege of meeting her in person, I couldn’t help but notice how effortlessly she embodies poise, grace, and cultural depth , which is again so inspirational.
☘️Chaitali Banerjee Roy , the author of Sadaaqa herself , has been in print media and radio broadcasting in Kuwait and India for past 2 decades. She is also the author of book titled “Women of Kuwait: Turning Tides’. My interaction with her is brief , yet I couldn’t help but notice how vivacious and easy going she is. In her speech she mentioned each and every person who has made and impact in her journey with such detail. I just loved the way she delivered her gratitude speech in the podium .
I brought my daughters into these spaces to surround them with the aura of trailblazers—ambassadors, media leaders, and visionaries. My deepest hope is that by experiencing this excellence firsthand, they will be inspired to carve out paths as profoundly influential and fulfilling as the ones they witnessed today.
