Ladies ladies ladies this is how you can finally lose that stubborn belly fat and see your strong, confident physique.
Naomi lost body fat and built muscle and saw a significant difference in her body composition and strength compared to just 12 months ago.
Her skeletal muscle mass went from 50.7 lbs to 55.1 lbs. Up 4.4 lbs of muscle.
Her body fat went from 23.8% to 15.2%. Down 8.6%.
She implemented this strategy. We removed friction around getting her food in and followed a structured full body training plan for Monday Wednesday and Friday. Along with walking the days she wasn’t in training with us or doing one of my classes for cardio.
She is a busy woman who doesn’t have time to log every meal into MyFitnessPal, build her own workouts, or cook daily.
So we did the work for her.
I calculated her macros. She still ate foods she enjoyed because it was built directly into the plan so it didn’t feel restrictive.
Her meals came from PLATED Meal Prep.
Follow a structured full body training plan for Monday Wednesday and Friday. Walk the days you aren’t in training with us or doing one of my classes for cardio.
