As an organization, it expanded its operations with the name of Samson Trading Company (Pvt) Ltd in 1996 by re-registering as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, No 17 of the year 1982. After two decades of time organization had been re-registered under the new Companies Act, No 07 of the year 2007 having a new business registration number PV340. Presently, Samson Trading Company (Pvt) Ltd is engaged in both hardware & footwear business industries as a reliable, quality product importer and local products and solutions provider to its partners.
