The Vertex - Teak & Cognac's exterior is crafted from teak brown full grain, vegetable-tanned oil-waxed cowhide. Its surface carries a dense, character-rich grain — slightly rugged, with natural undulations that catch light unevenly. The oil-wax finish adds depth and movement, allowing the leather to shift in tone with handling, developing a darker, more lustrous patina over time.

This same teak hide extends into selected areas of the interior, creating continuity in structure and tone.

The remaining interior is composed of cognac brown full grain, vegetable-tanned oil-milled cowhide. Softer in hand and more open in grain, it presents a smoother, gently tumbled texture. The contrast between the firm, waxed teak and the supple, milled cognac introduces a deliberate balance — one defined by tension between structure and ease.

Every element is brought together using beige waxed thread in a traditional saddle stitch. Each stitch is placed by hand, forming a construction that is both precise and inherently durable.

The exterior features reddish-brown full-grain vegetable-tanned cowhide with a crocodile print, showcasing a deep, sculpted scale pattern that reflects light across its surface. The pronounced texture gives the leather a commanding presence while preserving the strength and character of full-grain hide.

It is paired with caramel brown full-grain vegetable-tanned buffalo leather, selected for its naturally rich grain and dense fibre structure. Buffalo hide carries a rugged elegance—subtle natural markings and a firm hand that ages beautifully with use.

Both leathers are brought together using coffee brown waxed thread, saddle-stitched by hand. This traditional stitching method locks every stitch independently, ensuring structural integrity and long-term durability while maintaining visual harmony with the warm tones of the leather.

We enter the handmade leather belt segment with the same uncompromising standards that shaped our premium wallet line.

No downgraded materials. No decorative shortcuts. Just honest construction.

This belt is crafted from 2.5 mm full grain vegetable-tanned buffalo hide in a rich coffee brown tone ☕️. The colour is deep, earthy, and mature — not artificially bright, not overly processed. It carries natural tonal shifts that enhance character rather than hide it.

The grain is authentic and untouched. You will notice tight yet visible natural pores, subtle surface texture, and organic variations unique to full grain buffalo hide. It has not been sanded or corrected. Over time, the coffee brown will deepen further, developing a strong patina that reflects real use.

At 2.5 mm thickness, the belt maintains structural integrity without becoming stiff. It breaks in gradually, shaping to the wearer while retaining long-term strength.

The 40 mm buckle is solid brass — not plated, not coated. Solid brass does not chip or peel. It ages naturally, forming a patina that complements vegetable-tanned leather instead of deteriorating.

Finishing details are executed entirely by hand:
- Hand-creased edges for a defined premium profile
- Hand-burnished edges for durability and smoothness
- Hand-painted edges for protection and refined contrast
