❓ Ever bought a beautiful outfit, only to regret it after the first wash?

It’s a common mistake! A perfect look can be ruined by poor fabric choices. Today, we're talking about the fabric traps you must avoid when shopping in Sri Lanka.
Look for these signs before you reach for your wallet:

🚫 Instantly Creased: If a fabric wrinkles badly with just one squeeze in your hand, it's a "wear-out, looks unkempt" nightmare. It's difficult to maintain and often looks cheap.
🚫 Unstable Dye: If you rub a damp cloth gently on a dark, cheap fabric and the color comes off, that dye is unstable. Avoid it! It will bleed and ruin your other expensive clothes in the wash.
🚫 Synthetic Knits: Be careful with low-quality synthetic (like low-grade polyester) knitted items. They often have poor recovery (leading to that awkward "clinging") and are prone to pilling (small fuzz balls), making them look worn out very quickly.
