"PinkMate" නමින් ක්රියාත්මක වන තෙවන පාර්ශවයක් විසින් Yomis Lingerie යන "Watermark" සහිත වීඩියෝ අපගේ අවසරයකින් හෝ අනුමැතියකින් තොරව භාවිතා කරන බව අපගේ අවධානයට ලක් වී ඇත.
Yomis Lingerie ආයතනයට එම පාර්ශවය සමඟ කිසිදු සම්බන්ධතාවයක්, හවුල්කාරීත්වයක් හෝ ව්යාපාරික අනුබද්ධතාවයක් නොමැති බවත්, අපගේ වීඩියෝ හෝ වෙනත් බුද්ධිමය දේපළ භාවිතා කිරීම සඳහා කිසිදු අයිතියක්, බලපත්රයක් හෝ අවසරයක් ලබා දී නොමැති බවත් මෙයින් පැහැදිලිව දැනුම් දෙමු.
තවද, එම පාර්ශවය හරහා අලෙවි කරනු ලබන භාණ්ඩ සම්බන්ධයෙන් අප වෙත විවිධ තොරතුරු ලැබී ඇති අතර, මෙම කාරණය සම්බන්ධයෙන් අවශ්ය පරීක්ෂණ කටයුතු සිදු කරමින් පවතී. අපගේ බුද්ධිමය දේපළ අනවසරයෙන් භාවිතා කිරීම හා ඊට අදාළ ක්රියාකාරකම් සම්බන්ධයෙන් අවශ්ය නීතිමය පියවර ගැනීමේ සියලු අයිතිවාසිකම් Yomis Lingerie සතු වේ.

පාරිභෝගිකයන්ට සත්ය හා ගුණාත්මක නිෂ්පාදන ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා Yomis Lingerie හි නිල අලෙවි නාලිකා (Facebook/TikTok) හරහා පමණක් මිලදී ගැනීම් සිදුකරන ලෙස අපි ඉල්ලා සිටිමු.

We have also received reports that products being supplied through this party may not be genuine Yomis Lingerie products.
We are currently reviewing this matter and reserve all legal rights, including the right to pursue appropriate legal action regarding the unauthorized use of our intellectual property and any related activities.
Accordingly, Yomis Lingerie accepts no responsibility or liability for any purchases, transactions, products, services, representations, or communications made by or through the page known as "PinkMate."
