What is UK START UP/ INVESTOR VISA
The Start-up visa category is for non-EEA national entrepreneurs who are wishing to start
high potential and innovativebusiness in the UK for the first time.
The first condition is that
*The nature of the business for which they are going to invest should be endorsed by listed bodies.
* These professional bodies may
decide whether to accept open applications or to only issue endorsements to business founders they are already working with through your existing activities.
* If the bodies choose to accept open applications, it is recommended (but not required) that they set out clearly any parameters they wish to apply on the types of business they will endorse, to avoid receiving unsuitable applications.
* There are three stages in Investor visa
1) Application Stage -
Path to Success Consultants Ltd UK will assist the applicants from choosing the right project to presenting the project proposal for approval or endorsement as the FIRST STEP.
SECONDLY will assist you about financing the endorsed investment proposal.
As the THIRD STEP We will assist you to get the investor visa for TWO YEARS INITIALLY and will guide you to setup your business and to settle your self in the UK.
During this time you will not be expected to have a major investment. You can engage in other activities as well as will need to have only your livong expenses to be in the bank according to the 28 DAY RULE.
**You should be able to bring your family members (spouses/partners and children
under 18) to the UK as well and we can assist you with that proceedure as well.
**After successfully completing the FIRST TWO YEARS of the INVESTOR VISA, we will assist you to switch into the Innovator
category or to a different visa category to extend yours and your family's stay in the UK.
***As THE FINAL STAGE we will guide you to permanently settle in the UK.
