• Must be a Liberian
• Must not be parents
• Must be single
• Must not in cohabitation
• Must be in Senior or Junior High School
• Must not have appeared in pornographic films, publicly exposed n**e or semi-n**e in print, online or on stage
• Must be of good health, good character, and excellent personality
• Must not have had a criminal record
• Illuministic activities participation is highly prohibited
Minimum Age: 13 years (must be a teenager)
• Maximum Age: 19 years (must not turn 20 before the end of the competition year)
