Mango Sago in Coconut Milk
Cold, refreshing and satisfying summer dessert with juicy chunks of fresh mango and chewy tapioca pearls in every spoon. Learn to make this simple yet delicious dessert that is restaurant-worthy. Slurps!

2 medium ripe mangoes
1/2 additional mango (cut into cubes)
150ml water
250ml fresh coconut milk
100ml unsweetened evaporated milk
100g caster sugar (adjust to taste)
2 knotted pandan leaves
A pinch of salt

80g sago pearls
800ml boiling water

Yields 4 dessert bowls

1. Blend 2 mangoes, evaporated milk and water till puree form. Sieve the mango puree for a smoother texture. Keep chilled in the fridge.
2. Add sago pearls to boiling water and simmer for 10 mins. Turn off heat, cover pot with lid and let the sago continue to cook on its own for 15 mins until translucent. Sieve under tap water to remove excess starch.
3. Add knotted pandan leaves, sugar and pinch of salt to coconut milk. Heat gently till almost boiling. Discard pandan leaves and set aside to cool.
4. Combine mango puree, cooked sago and sweetened coconut milk. Mix well and chill in fridge for at least 2 hrs. Add mango cubes when serving.

ဒီနေ့ကတော့ ပိတောက်ပန်းတွေရဲ့ အလှည့်ပေါ့နော်။နွေရာသီကို စဝင်လာတဲ့အခါ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကအစ အဝါရောင်ဖန့်ဖန့်တွေ စွန်းထင်းလို့ သိပ်လှတာကြောင့် နွေဦး၊နွေရာသီနဲ့ပက်သက်ရင် ကဗျာတွေ စာတွေဟာ အများသားပဲမဟုတ်လား။သိပ်မကြာခင်မှာ သင်္ကြန်ကလည်း ရောက်တော့မှာ သင်္ကြန်သီချင်းတွေကိုလည်း ဟိုဟိုဒီဒီမှာ ကြားရတော့မယ်။ပိတ်တောက်ပန်းတွေနဲ့ နွေဦးဟာ ခွဲမရသလို ပိတောက်ပန်းတွေနဲ့ သင်္ကြန်ကလည်း ခွဲမရပါဘူး။
