- Please DOUBLE CHECK your mailing address when you pay your invoice as that is the address your package will ship to.
- Outstanding invoices must be paid prior to claiming again during the week.

- We do tons of giveaways for free jewelry & accessories. NO PURCHASE is ever necessary to enter or win. However, if you do not have a bin for the week an invoice for $5 will be sent to cover shipping. SHIPPING
- We charge a flat rate of $5 (OVER a lb $7) shipping for the week. A purchase of $100 or more invoice ships free.

- Any claims on new releases will be invoiced when the item(s) arrives, which typically takes about 2-3 weeks.

- If any item(s) arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item(s) in a message to this business page. Most times it's an easy fix; however, we will do our best to rectify the issue.
