Pastikan preskripsi cermin mata updated untuk jauh & dekat & dan keseluruhan mata sihat untuk mendapatkan vision selesa dan optimum

2. 👓 Bawa backup glasses!
Ramai terlepas pandang yang ini. Especially mereka yang ada power tinggi, make sure bawak backup glasses dan juga reading glasses takut kalau hilang atau rosak

3. 🌞 UV protection sunglasses
Bawa UV protection sunglasses untuk lindungi mata dari panas, silau dan juga habuk

4. 💧Eyedrops!
Boleh prepare artificial tears (lebih baik jika single-use vial) utk mudah bawa & lebih hygienic. Sangat penting bila rasa mata berhabuk, kering atau berpasir.

Boleh juga prepare gel lubricant untuk mata yang senang kering

What is Myopia?

Myopia in children is caused by elongation of the eyeball which causes blurred vision at far.

Can we control it?
Yes, Myopia can be controlled.

There are few ways to control Myopia progression including Ortho-K lens (overnight lenses), Atropine eye drops and Myopia Control lens.

Regular lenses help see clearly but they do not stop the eye from getting longer. With Myopia control lenses, we aim to slow down this elongation, helping to reduce progression of Myopia.
