I started baking because I enjoyed it.

Never thought one day, people would start ordering my cakes. 🤍

One marble cake became another.
One happy customer led to the next.

Slowly, this little hobby turned into a part time baking journey.

TM7 has been there from the beginning, making every batter, every buttercream, and every experiment feel so much easier.

I’m still learning.
Still experimenting.
Still enjoying every bake.

And honestly, I’m excited to see where this journey takes me next. 💛

This used to be one of the buttercreams that intimidated me the most.

With TM7, it’s surprisingly straightforward.

✨ Add egg whites + sugar
✨ Heat to a precise 60°C while stirring
✨ Whip until glossy and fluffy
✨ Let it cool
✨ Add butter and your favourite flavouring
✨ Whip again…

And voilà! Smooth, silky Swiss Meringue Buttercream ready to pipe. 😍

No double boiler.
No standing over the stove.
No guessing if the temperature is right.

Just consistent results, every single time.

This is why I love my TM7. It doesn’t just save time, it gives me the confidence to make recipes that once felt complicated. 💚

Ini bukan menu bazar.
Ini menu masak sendiri di rumah 🍳

Bawa anak pergi bazar,
nampak semua menarik…
air, kuih, lauk, dessert.. semua nak 😅

Beli macam-macam,
end up tak habis,
perut pulak meragam… cirit birit 🤦🏻‍♀️

Lepas berbuka tu..
Anak terus cakap,
“Amma… amma masak lagi sedap la 😍
Tak nak bazar dah forever…”

Hati mama: 🥹💜

Happy? Ya, sangat.

Tapi part “tak nak bazar forever” tu…
macam susah nak percaya sikit 🤣

Apa-apa pun,
masak rumah = lebih jimat, lebih sihat, lebih puas hati.

Hari ni bukan hari yang “productive”.

Demam.
Tak ada tenaga.
Tak ada mood nak masak.
Tak ada idea nak buat content.

Honestly… hampir tak post apa-apa hari ni.

Tapi lepas tu saya teringat
inilah sebab kenapa saya pilih Thermomix dari awal.

Hari yang kuat, saya masak dengan happy.
Hari yang penat, sakit, overwhelmed…
Thermomix tolong ‘carry’ saya.

Tak perlu berdiri lama di dapur.
Tak perlu fikir banyak menu.
Tak perlu stress banyak periuk.

Just tekan. Tunggu. Rehat.
And food still gets done 💜

Sebagai working mum, doktor, dan advisor
saya pun manusia biasa.

Ada hari hustle.
Ada hari survive je 😅

Hari ni salah satu hari “survive”.

Honestly… I can’t imagine my life without Thermomix now 😅💚

From breakfast, lunch, dinner, baking, drinks, desserts…
semua boleh buat dengan satu mesin ni.

Busy kerja, penat, balik rumah pun still boleh masak proper food.
No last minute grab food.
No stress fikir menu.
No mess in the kitchen.
