Orange Bundt Buttercake

Easily made with Thermomix
Yang masih on the fence, or considering to start small baking business, this is for you.

Swipe left for the steps

Whole orange

Blend and keep aside

Cold butter from fridge terus

Sugar and beat sampai creamy

Chopped orange

Eggs, flour, soda, baking powder, orange juice

Mixed well in 20 sec

Pour into bundt pan

Use this supaya kek tak melekat and releases cantik

Tadaa!! Siap!!

Kari sepenuh bowl? Boleh saja.

Tak perlu risau rempah hangus. Temperature well controlled in Thermomix , so rempah masak cantik and flavour pun keluar lebih sedap.

Resepi ni saya kurangkan minyak dan guna light coconut milk, sebab tu kuah tak ada lapisan minyak tebal terapung di atas. Tetap pekat, tetap sedap. 😋

And the best part?

Satu bowl ni cukup untuk family of 4. Makan tengah hari, sambung lagi makan malam, siap boleh ada lebih untuk esok.

Kurang masa di dapur.
Kurang washing up.
Lebih masa dengan keluarga.

Berbaloi? For me, definitely yes. 🤎

Is it easy to start a small business?

Honestly… no. 🤍

Running a small baking business while juggling a full-time job, two kids, and everything at home isn’t easy.

The baking part? Surprisingly, that’s the easiest. 😆

Mix.
Pour.
Bake.

Alhamdulillah, Thermomix takes so much work off my shoulders, so I can focus on getting the cakes right.

But the rest…

Packing orders.
Replying to customers.
Creating content.
Editing videos.
Taking photos.

Those are the things that take up most of my time. 😂

Most of the time, I don’t even have the energy for a proper photoshoot. I quickly snap a few photos before the cake leaves the house, and that’s it. 🤭

But every order reminds me why I started.

A hobby that slowly became a little side income, doing something I genuinely enjoy.

It’s not always easy, but Alhamdulillah, it’s worth it. 🤎

Homemade Mantao 🤍

Nothing beats freshly steamed mantao.

Soft, fluffy, and still warm… memang susah nak stop makan. 🤭

Another one made from scratch with my Thermomix. Dough masuk je semua bahan, knead, proof, steam… and siap!

Simple food, but so satisfying.

Tak pernah sangka dari baking suka-suka akan sampai ke tahap ni.

Dulu cuma seronok try resepi baru, experiment dengan flavour, belajar frost cake, and celebrate every small improvement.

Now… Alhamdulillah, dah mula ambil tempahan. 🤎

Masih small batches je sebab physical limitation, but I’m grateful I can still do something I genuinely enjoy.

Having a Thermomix definitely made the journey easier. Mixing, kneading, weighing, even multitasking in the kitchen… semuanya jadi lebih manageable.

Kalau tak, mungkin saya tak berani nak ambil tempahan sambil uruskan kerja, anak-anak, especially with current limitation.

Alhamdulillah, a hobby that slowly turned into a little side income… one cake at a time.

Ini bukan menu bazar.
Ini menu masak sendiri di rumah 🍳

Bawa anak pergi bazar,
nampak semua menarik…
air, kuih, lauk, dessert.. semua nak 😅

Beli macam-macam,
end up tak habis,
perut pulak meragam… cirit birit 🤦🏻‍♀️

Lepas berbuka tu..
Anak terus cakap,
“Amma… amma masak lagi sedap la 😍
Tak nak bazar dah forever…”

Happy? Ya, sangat.

Tapi part “tak nak bazar forever” tu…
macam susah nak percaya sikit 🤣

Apa-apa pun,
