ustomers,we cannot hold your order for more than 2 months from the date we notify you to pay the balance after stock arrived.Since we are investing our money first to pay behalf of you,we wouldn't entertain any cancellation/exchange request after stock arrived.And the deposit 'NOT REFUNDABLE' & order will be Cancelled by us if customer still never pay for 2 months after we reminded them for second/third time.Please be noted. COLOUR VARIATION:
Customers who view the product with different electronic device may experience color variation from the actual item. Further due to the picture description is provided by our supplier, it may have processed for better viewing. Any variation of color which mentioned above shall not be a valid reason for refund or return. REFUND/EXCHANGE policy:
Cancellation of installment order after paid deposit not be entertained. Exchange available for 'defected' item max refund if the same item not available in stock. Refund not available for order below 2 months unless exchange if customers prefer to exchange due to stock issues. DELIVERY period:
1-3 weeks for pre-order items.
2-3 working days for ready stock items.
