. Availability is on first come first serve basis.
2. Payments made to Hong Long Bank or Public Bank Berhad account within 2 days after confirmation. We will not process any order until the payment is received.
3. Products sold are not exchangeable, refundable and returnable. All item are thoroughly inspected before delivery.
4. "Poslaju" is scheduled on every Monday and Thursday, postage fee is excluded in selling prices.
5. It is our pledge to provide you the best quality items possible. However we are not responsible for any delivery damage.
