Why does such a small school bag weigh 6kg? 🎒

We recently measured the weight of students’ school bags.
Many children are carrying 5kg–6kg every day —
some even over 22% of their body weight.
It’s not that children are weak.
The bags are simply too heavy.
Recommended school bag weight:
within 10%–15% of body weight.
Recommended Bag Weight≤10% to 15%×Body Weight
A lightweight ergonomic bag can make a real difference.

小小一个书包，为什么能重到6kg？ 🎒

我们真的去量了小学生的书包重量。
结果发现：
很多孩子每天背着5kg、6kg去上学。
甚至超过自己体重的22%。
不是孩子怕重，
是真的太重了。
一般建议：
儿童书包重量应控制在体重的10%–15%以内。
建议书包重量≤10% 至 15%×孩子体重
轻量、贴背、能分散重量的书包，
真的很重要。

但孩子每天喊累，
往往是因为尺寸不合适 + 负重不均。
But when kids feel tired, it’s often due to poor fit & uneven weight distribution.
