Meinaije is a passionate and determined young woman who was introduced to the technical field at an early age. As an only daughter, she found herself navigating a path that is often perceived as “manly,” and this experience shaped her into a strong advocate for women who dare to pursue careers and dreams outside of traditional expectations.

An educator with a passion for developing knowledgeable and empowered minds within the STEM and technical vocational fields, Meinaije hopes to encourage more young people — especially young women — to embrace opportunities within these industries.

Beyond education and her passion for the technical world, Meinaije is also a model, dancer, singer, and dedicated community advocate. She believes strongly in giving back and using her abilities to positively impact the people around her.

For Meinaije, Face of Namibia is more than a beauty platform. She wants to be more than just a face — she wants to become a beacon of hope, resilience, and strength for those who are often belittled because their dreams are different, bold, or unconventional.

Through her journey, Meinaije hopes to inspire young people to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and confidently pursue their dreams, particularly within the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) space.

Shaniqua is a kind, loving, caring, and confident young woman who describes herself as bold, open-minded, and a positive thinker. She believes in putting her mind to something and giving it her all, while embracing every opportunity to learn, grow, and discover more about herself.

For Shaniqua, being part of Face of Namibia 2026 is an opportunity to explore something new, challenge herself, and experience a journey of personal growth. More importantly, she hopes to use this platform to inspire young girls to love and embrace the person they see in the mirror.

Having struggled with self-love and confidence while growing up, Shaniqua understands how difficult it can be to feel comfortable in your own skin. Milla is a dedicated preschool teacher with a genuine love for children, helping others, and making a positive difference in the lives of those around her. She is someone who finds joy in the little things — from seeing a learner overcome a challenge, to making someone smile or simply being there to offer encouragement when it is needed most.

At 22 years old, Shadiqua is a first-year Human Resource Management student at Triumphant College with a heart for leadership, service, and empowering others. Hailing from the beautiful town of Tsumeb, she is determined to use her journey to inspire hope and resilience.

Shadiqua believes she is more than the scars she has carried—she is the strength they have created. Her purpose is not simply to be seen, but to see those who feel invisible, speak for those who have lost their voice, and remind every person she encounters that their story still has value.
