It's the beginning of a new month...a gentle reminder to take a few moments for yourself.

Checking your breasts regularly helps you become more familiar with your body.

When you know what feels normal for you, you’re more likely to notice changes early – and that can make all the difference.

Here’s how you can do it:

In front of the mirror:
Stand up straight, let your arms rest loosely by your sides and look at your breasts. Then lift your arms to shoulder height, and then above your head. Look out for visible changes such as dimpling, changes in the skin, or differences in shape and size.

When checking:
Whether you’re standing, lying down or in the shower, use the three middle fingers of your hand and gentle pressure to feel your breasts in a regular pattern – and don’t forget your underarms.

Look out for lumps, hard areas, changes to your ni***es or unusual patches of skin.

When it comes to lymph care, every detail counts.

Cutting-in bands or firm edges can affect lymph flow. That’s why our lymph-friendly bras are designed to support you gently: softly finished bands that don’t dig in or pinch, carefully placed seams that don’t interfere with lymph drainage, and wide straps that help distribute pressure evenly. Even beyond the healing phase, we offer bras that provide reliable, ongoing support.

In everyday life, flexibility is essential. While thoracic bandages are ideally worn around the clock, many women find it difficult to sleep in them. Lymph comfort bras can offer a more comfortable alternative for night-time care.

Each style has its own strengths: Leslie for fuller sizes with wide straps (up to size 125F), Linda with flat seams and a higher back closure, and the Luisa Soft-BH with sleeves, high side and back panels that help distribute pressure evenly.

All styles feature an integrated massage effect – with different levels of intensity, depending on the design.
