Do you know it’s very wrong to draft and cut on a wrinkled fabric?

Always iron your fabric before drafting on it. Here’s why 👇

1️⃣ To understand your fabric better.
Some fabrics shrink when they touch heat, some expand, while others maintain their structure. Ironing helps you know exactly what you’re working with.

2️⃣ For accurate measurements.
Drafting and cutting on a wrinkled fabric adds unnecessary excess. After sewing, once the fabric is ironed, the outfit may come out bigger than planned.

3️⃣ For a cleaner finish.
Ironing is one of the simplest ways to achieve a neat and professional result.
