As we step into a more structured way of doing business this year, here are a few important things every customer needs to take note of:
1️⃣ We are strictly an online store.
We do not have a walk-in shop.
However, you can always come for pickup at 71 Ehi Road, Aba after confirming your order.
2️⃣ No payment, no order.
We do not sell on credit.
Your payment is what validates and secures your item.
3️⃣ Stockpiling is allowed.
If you’re outside Aba or in a distant location, you’re free to stockpile your items with us once full payment has been made for them.
4️⃣ Beginner starter packages start from ₦50,000 and above, depending on the thrift items you’re purchasing.
5️⃣ Waybill days are Saturdays.
Your goods should get to you within 7 working days, except in cases of unforeseen delays (which we will always communicate).
6️⃣ No refunds.
We do not do refunds except there is a verified mistake from our end.
7️⃣ We do NOT pack bales.
Please always keep this in mind.
However, be rest assured that you are getting good grade, quality thrift wears from us.
