BECOMING AND FULFILLING PURPOSE IN LIFE

Becoming and fulfilling are two different things. Continue reading to fully understand my point.

If I may ask, what is your definition of purpose? Many people equate purpose with achieving one's desired vocation or position in life. For instance, some aspire to become writers, while others strive to become governors or presidents. However, I would argue that purpose extends far beyond mere occupational attainment. Rather, the primary purpose of human existence is to reveal Christ in and through whatever vocation or station one occupies, as the Apostle Paul writes, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31).

A person who attains the office of president but fails to serve their citizens with integrity and compassion has not truly fulfilled their purpose. The essence of purpose lies not merely in becoming something, but in being faithful to that calling, as Jesus says, "Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master" (Matthew 25:21, ESV). To fulfill one's purpose, then, is to manifest the character and love of Jesus in one's chosen vocation or station in life, "that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16, NASB).

This is why I contend that it is exceedingly difficult, if not impossible, to fulfill one's true purpose without a personal encounter with Jesus Christ, who is "the way, and the truth, and the life" (John 14:6). Purpose transcends the external achievement of a goal; it is inextricably linked to the internal transformation and empowerment that comes from knowing Jesus, "who gave Himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds" (Titus 2:14, NASB).

This truth raises significant questions about the ability of individuals from other faith traditions, including Muslims and adherents of African traditional religions, to fulfill their purpose in the deepest sense. While such individuals may achieve great things and claim to be fulfilling their purpose, the reality is that true fulfillment of purpose requires a relationship with Jesus, the one who says, "Apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5). It is easy to "become" something in life, but to truly "fulfill" one's purpose demands an encounter with the Lord Jesus.

Many of the individuals I mention, though they may attain positions of power or influence, often fall short of faithfulness to their calling, and thus fail to reveal Christ in their sphere of influence. Insofar as they lack this vital relationship with Jesus, they cannot be said to be fulfilling the ultimate purpose for which they were created – to bear witness to the glory of God in Christ (2 Corinthians 4:6-7).

As you strive to see your heart's desires and dreams become a reality, it is also essential to bear in mind the distinction between becoming something in life and fulfilling one's purpose in that vocation. The Psalmist cried out, "Teach me Your way, O LORD; I will walk in Your truth; Unite my heart to fear Your name" (Psalm 86:11, NASB) – showing a heart desire not just to know God's will (the "becoming") but to walk in it faithfully (the "fulfilling").

We live in a generation where many are becoming, but only a few are fulfilling. Purpose is more about fulfilling than becoming. Consider, for instance, individuals who have succeeded in becoming governors, presidents, or senators. But if I may ask: are these people fulfilling the purpose of the positions they have attained?

Kai, may I not only become but also fulfill the purpose surrounding my calling! Apostle Elijah, all we could hear about you is how often people fell under your anointing – but what about the life you live after you drop the mic and leave the pulpit? Is it revealing Christ? Do you know that whatever you become will never gain the attention of heaven like what you do? Heaven is not moved by what you've become, rather by how you are able to fulfill the purpose surrounding your calling.

No wonder the scripture says, "On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness'" (Matthew 7:22-23, NASB). This is to tell you that even in heaven you are not recognized for whatever you become. You would only be rewarded for the purpose surrounding your calling which you were able to fulfill.

As you strive to become like Apostle Babalola by calling, be also ready to pay the price for fulfillment of the purpose surrounding such mighty calling. When you fulfill purpose surrounding your calling, then heaven will be glad and the gate of hell would be uprooted, for "for this purpose the Son of God was made manifest, that He might destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8, NKJV).

Do you know how Jesus destroyed the devil and his works? He revealed God – so fulfilling purpose means revealing Christ in whatever you are called or destined to become in life. For "he who does not love does not know God, for God is love" (1 John 4:8, NKJV), and when Christ is revealed, God is glorified.

May God help us to grasp this truth and grant us the grace not merely to become, but to fulfill the purposes for which we are created, to the glory of His name. For "if I be lifted up I will draw men unto myself" (John 12:32, paraphrased). 🔥

I command you, in Jesus' name, to go fulfill the main purpose!
To fulfill is to reveal Christ in whatever you are called to do. 👌

The machine below in the picture is direct drive industrial weaving machine.

◾It's doesn't make sound, like it's soundless
◾It's doesn't consume light like the other one that has big engine.
◾It has screen and buttons where you can decide to adjust the machine speed.

It's really has lots of advantages that other machine did not have.

I recommend this particular for fashion designers.

If you have already purchased the machine what's your experience with it so far ,let's know in the comments section.

A TRUE LIFE STORY

A JOURNEY OF FAITH: RELOCATING TO ABEOKUTA

It's been a while since I shared my story, but I'm excited to inspire others with my journey. As I reflect on my experiences, I'm reminded of the power of faith and obedience. In 2019, I was living with my parents, but I had already met Jesus and was a radical born-again Christian. I was determined to take responsibility for my destiny and grow in maturity.

I took a bold step and rented a small apartment far from home, where I could focus on my relationship with God. During this time, I had many experiences that drew me closer to Him. But then, I heard the call of God, instructing me to relocate to Abeokuta.

The problem was, I had no money for the journey. Fear and doubt crept in, but God's voice was clear: "Find a way to get to Abeokuta." I was overwhelmed, with no relatives in Abeokuta and limited resources. But I chose to trust God's plan.

After receiving the instruction from God, I didn't know what to do. I was confused and didn't have the courage to embark on the journey. So, I decided to run to Akure to stay with my elder sister, who was already married.

I was with her for some days, and I shared my concerns with her, but not the details of how God spoke to me. I only told her that I was thinking of traveling to Abeokuta, and she supported the idea. However, when I returned home, I met with my parents to discuss the leading of God. They were concerned about my decision and didn't support the journey.

They advised me to look for a town nearby, a place not too far from home. I understood their concerns, but I knew I had to obey God's instruction. I was really not disappointed in them for giving their pieces of advice, which weren't in line with the will of God for me at that moment. But then, I love doing what God wants, despite the challenges, difficulties, and sacrifices that come with God's leadings.

With a deep breath, I summoned the courage to do what the Creator wanted. So, I looked for money. There was this earpod I had then, which I sold to use the money for transport fare. I got the exact amount I needed for the journey, picked up my ecolas, and arranged my clothes inside.

I was doing all these preparations a day before the traveling day, and the day finally came. I woke up around 4:30 am early in the morning because the person who was coming to pick me up would arrive at 5 am, so as to catch up with the driver. My sweet mother also woke up with me around that time, as I had to relocate back to my parents' place so that they could keep my properties with them while I was away.

I caught up with the awaited driver, got on the way to Abeokuta, which happened to be a journey full of stress. So, on getting to Abeokuta, I was opportuned to meet with a brother whom I sought a favor from, if he could accommodate me for a while, as I explained myself to him. But he declined my proposal.

But to the glory of God, as we were both still talking, a young man who happened to be a security officer overheard our conversation and offered me accommodation. I stayed with him and his friends, who were smokers, but I didn't mind.

After a while, I prayed for my own apartment, and God sent an unexpected helper who gave me ₦60,000 to purchase necessities. I started distributing my number to fashion designers, promoting my handiwork, and slowly built a client base.

Today, I'm proud to say that God has been faithful. I've built a brand, "Herijery's World Global Enterprises," which is well-known to fashion designers. I receive calls every day, and my business is thriving.

Even though I haven't arrived yet, I can boldly say that God has been faithful. This is me telling my story to inspire lots of people out there who are still struggling with life. If only you trust God, let Him lead you and also trust the process, you won't regret it at the end of the day. God is still changing lives.

Then, we struggled to get customers, but now the story has changed, as I'm not who I used to be before. I now have a brand that is well-known to fashion designers. I get calls every day, unlike some years back when I hardly got calls from customers.

Don't give up on your dreams! Obey His voice. Allow Him to lead you, and watch yourself soar to great heights.

✍️Don't be afraid to take bold steps which will have positive effect and impact on your destiny

✍️ Exercise Faith in God as you trust the process. Like I said in the above write up, God's leadings comes with sacrifices and challenges but then, you have to summon courage and do that which is the will of God.

✍️Dare to take a risk, not taking is even more risky. You aught to be a risk taker if you must fulfill destiny in life.

✍️ Share your dream with people's like minds, and if possible you get an advise that discourages you, you have to encourage yourself. There will be no excuse for not fulfilling purpose or the prophecy of God upon your life.

Overall
✍️Learn to commit your ways to God in the place of prayer. I forgot to add this to the story, during the time I got a leading to relocate to Abeokuta. I had to start praying for more conformation,as to get it right with God.

You back up your action with prayer so that you may excell!!

Be inspired!

"God shared a profound revelation with me recently. As a Christian, He revealed how He will judge humanity. According to this revelation, if an individual is 70% rooted in the flesh and only 30% rooted in the spirit, it means the flesh has dominated their life.

During the rapture, the weight of sin (70%) will outweigh the spiritual weight (30%). Consequently, the individual will be weighed down by their sinful nature, preventing them from ascending spiritually."
