BREAKING…..

🚨 AKAMKPA. SO WHO PAID FOR THE HALL? WHO GOT THE CONTRACT?

Information reaching me is that the Traditional Rulers’ Council has reportedly given notice to the Legislative Assembly to stop using the hall, allegedly because the facility was meant to be used only once. 😂

If this information is correct, then Akamkpa people deserve some serious answers.

Who awarded the contract for the construction or renovation of that hall?

Who was the contractor?

How much was budgeted and how much was actually paid?

What was the original purpose of the facility?

Who authorised the expenditure?

And most importantly:

👉 Where is the official contract document and payment record?

This is not about attacking anyone. It is about accountability, transparency and responsible governance.

If public funds were used to construct or renovate a facility belonging to the people, then the people have every right to know how much was spent, who executed the job and under what terms the facility is being used.

And if the Legislative Assembly is now being asked to vacate the facility because it was supposedly designed for only one occasion, then that raises an even bigger question:

WHAT EXACTLY DID AKAMKPA PAY FOR?

Akamkpa deserves institutions that work, infrastructure that serves the people and leadership that can confidently explain every naira spent.

No accusations. Just answers.

AKAMKPA — WHO GOT THE CONTRACT? WHO PAID? HOW MUCH? AND WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE?
