The Clever Goat and the Lazy Lion
One sunny morning in the jungle, a hungry lion stretched and yawned.
"I don't feel like hunting today," he sighed. "I'll just trick someone into bringing me food."
Soon, a cheerful little goat came skipping by, singing happily.
"Good morning, Mr. Lion!" the goat smiled.
The lion grinned. "Good morning! I just baked a delicious cake. Come into my cave and have a slice!"
The goat looked around. "Really? Then why are there so many footprints going into your cave... but none coming out?"
The lion blinked.
The goat laughed. "Nice try! I may be small, but I'm not silly!"
Just then, a monkey hanging from a tree burst out laughing.
"Hahaha! Mr. Lion got caught again!"
A parrot squawked, "Breaking news! The lion's fake cake shop is closed!"
Even the elephants started laughing so hard that the ground shook.
The embarrassed lion scratched his head and muttered, "Maybe I should just learn how to bake a real cake."
From that day on, the lion became famous—not as the king of the jungle, but as the funniest baker who had never baked a single cake!
Moral: Being clever is better than falling for tricks, and laughter can turn a bad day into a good one.
