A very good evening it is to you. Please spare me a bit of your time as I introduce:
*Demilayo House of Glamour*
Growing up, I learnt from my parents to be contented with whatever I have and also maximize it such that those who have spent more will wish they had whatever I have on. This lesson really helped me in my school days, especially in my days at Obafemi Awolowo University.
A particular occasion was my FYB dinner (C&S Trailblazers set). I was so "rich" that time and I just couldn't miss the only dinner I knew I would have the opportunity of attending(the others being too expensive for me). So I set out to get myself something cheap, simple and yet, elegant. I got this short black gown at a ridiculous amount of N500 and a gold purse to match. The purse must have cost me the fortune of about N300, I can't remember clearly.
You know the twist to the story? I think I must have stolen some glances that night. I mean, it was from that event that I started having people eye my gown so much that I had to give it as parting gift. Someone even borrowed my expensive purse for her dinner 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I shared my story so that you will understand where this passion stemmed from. My dream is to help as many people as possible maintain their confidence when it comes to their appearance at occasions, be it official or social, no matter their pockets, budget or schedule. No one should have to be turned down or looked down on because of outfit.
