BIBLE TEXT: ISAIAH 41:13
MESSAGE
To uphold is to support or sustain. It is to approve, back up, defend, stand by, stick up for, etc. Whenever God wants to help His own people that trust in Him, He will stand by them and position them for greater heights. Today’s Bible passage assures us that God will uphold and help us. That means, our God will support us with every virtue needed for us to be sustained in life. This sustenance preserves our lives no matter the ugly conditions we find ourselves in. Have you not wondered why that situation did not end your life? It is because the sustaining grace of God is upon your life, and prevents you from falling. The Bible says in Jude 24-25, “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, to the wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen”. So God sustains us in order to keep us from falling. Therefore, no matter the situation, have it at the back of your mind that there is a God that stands with you to sustain you and keep you from falling.
PRAYER POINT:
(Remember to give God quality worship and thanksgiving always, and then ask for His mercies before commencing on these prayer points).
1. O Lord, forgive the ways I have slipped out of Your righteous right hand.
2. My Father, correct whatever mistake I have brought into my life as a result of my fear in the time of my challenges.
3. Father, let any power inflicting fear into me in order to put me in bo***ge, catch fire now and die.
4. O Lord my God, end my fear and give me evidences of good life that will strengthen my confidence in You in Jesus name.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION:
May your fear be replaced with greater evidences of God’s presence and glory in your life in Christ Jesus.
