Start a side hustle (something you love) . Use the time after work and weekends to build it. Use your time to be educated and not entertained. Yes you can be afraid of taking risks and pursuing something meaningful but you should be more afraid of staying where you are if it's making you miserable.

As you develop you side hustle remember to put in the best in your Job. It's the one feeding you at the moment. You don't want to get fired.
