Tunde was in a relationship with Adaobi, and 4 years into their loving no violent courtship, they both walked the aisle. Their emotional intelligence seemed compatible, so they thought.

A few months after their wedding, Adaobi noticed Tunde became unnecessarily hostile, he snapped at every little thing that he ought not to.

He seemed restless and not collected. Adaobi informed a close friend and was advised to involve a marriage counselor.

They did and the counselor swung into action. When Tunde was questioned, He opened up he just doesn't always feel good within himself.

That he can't explain how mood swings come up out of the blues. The counselor noted and deduced that it has to do with his "feel-good" hormones.

So one day, she privately asked Tunde how often he changes or washes his inner-wear. Then, he dropped the bomb!

"3 days"

The counselor exclaimed, "That's it". But how are they related, Tunde probed further? "Don't you know dirt from discharge and urine stains will keep you uncomfortable"?

"And that the discomforts give the brain a signal which then invariably suppresses dopamine /feel-good hormones" secretion.

That's how it simply works.
