Here, we teach our students the rudiments of garment making from the process of garment construction including Pattern Drafting, Fashion Illustrations, Cutting, Sewing, display and marketing.

We expose tips and tricks in the garment making process that works and ensure learning process is friendly even to a beginner.

Our learning courses are also designed to ensure that our beginners and intermediate trainees get value worth their time.

On this platform, learners are also exposed to the basics of managing a fashion business. What to do, what to expect and what not to in planning and managing a budding fashion brand.

In Garment construction, you may draft an accurate pattern and still have wrong fitting on the clients bodice.

Just before you raise your dispute, stay calm and allow me to explain better.

As a skilled tailor, there are many processes you would have to undergo to successfully achieve a fitting outfit.

Drafting outfits on a pattern paper is just one of the many processes.

But before drafting outfits on a pattern sheet, What do you think would happen in a case scenario where you take inaccurate or wrong body measurements?

In some cases, what would you expect to be the result when the wrong seam allowances are added in the garment making process?

How about when you commit blunders when sewing? Blunders like taking too much seam or zip allowances or notching at the wrong points.

No matter how perfect you draft your patterns, if the other garment construction processes are not properly followed, you would have fitting issues to deal with.

So please, before starting the process of drafting patterns, ensure you have accurate body measurements taken.

One wrong measurement of a client's bodice can redefine the entire outlook of a pattern and garment.

After succeeding in drafting accurate patterns, always be sure to follow the other due processes in garment construction.
