Simply effortless.

One of the things nobody told me about running a business is how much waiting is involved.

Waiting for stock to arrive.

Waiting for customer feedback.

Waiting for payments.

Waiting for artisans.

Waiting for opportunities you've worked hard for.

In the beginning, I thought business was mostly about selling.

Now I know it's also about patience.

The patience to keep showing up even when things don't happen as quickly as you'd like.

The patience to keep improving when nobody seems to notice.

The patience to keep believing in what you're building.

Some of the best things take time.

Businesses too.

A customer once asked me why I take so much time discussing fabrics before talking about payment.

I smiled because, honestly, I hadn't thought much about it.

But later, I realized it was because I don't want people buying what they'll regret.

Fabric is one of those things that can look beautiful today and disappoint you later if it's not right for your purpose.

So I'd rather spend extra time answering questions, sending videos, and discussing options than have someone wish they had chosen differently.

Running this business has taught me that selling isn't really about convincing people.

It's about helping them make a decision they'll still be happy with long after the money is spent.

A customer once spent days thinking about a purchase.

Not because he didn't like the product.

Not because the price was too high.

He simply wanted to be sure he was making the right decision.

That conversation stayed with me.

Before running a business, I assumed people bought things because they liked them.

Now I think there's often more to it.

Most of us have experienced buyer's remorse at some point.

That's why we ask questions.

That's why we compare options.

That's why we take our time.

We want confidence in the decision we're making.

Running a business has taught me that people aren't always looking for the perfect product.

Sometimes they're simply looking for peace of mind.

A customer once asked me a question that made me smile.

He wasn't asking about price.

He wasn't asking about delivery.

He simply wanted to know:

"Would you personally recommend this?"

It reminded me that sometimes people aren't just buying a product.

They're borrowing your judgment.

And that's a responsibility I don't take lightly.

A customer once told me something that stayed with me.

He said:

"I don't mind paying for quality. I just want to know I'm getting value for my money."

The more people I meet, the more I realize that most buyers feel the same way.

Whether it's fabric, footwear, or anything else, people don't just want a product.

They want confidence in the choice they're making.

Behind every order is a process most people never see.

That's why trust matters so much in business.

Not because it closes sales.

But because it gives people peace of mind.

A question for the gentlemen here...

When preparing an outfit, which do you pay attention to first?

👞 The shoes

👔 The outfit

⌚ The accessories

😊 Something else entirely

I'm always fascinated by how different people approach style.

Some combinations work because they complement each other.

The beauty of a well-detailed lace.

The timeless simplicity of quality cashmere.

Different personalities.

One elegant combination.

Which fabric catches your eye first?

One question I've been thinking about lately:

Would you rather have something quickly...

or have it done properly?

The older I get, the more I appreciate things that were made with care.

Whether it's fabric, footwear, or craftsmanship in general, quality usually takes longer than convenience.

And most times, it's worth it.

Which would you choose:

Speed or Quality?
