THINGS TEACHERS SHOULD NEVER SAY TO STUDENTS EVEN WHEN ANGRY

✅You are stupid: Labels damage self-worth and kill motivation.

✅You will never amount to anything: This crushes dreams and becomes a negative prophecy.

✅Why can’t you be like your classmates :Comparisons breed resentment and low self-esteem.

✅ I don’t care about you: Makes students feel unwanted and disengaged.

✅ You are a failure: Fails to separate behavior/performance from identity.

✅I hate teaching this class: Creates hostility and discouragement.

✅ You are always the problem: Generalizations ignore improvement efforts.

✅You’ll never understand this subject: Builds fear instead of resilience.

✅ Keep quiet, your opinion doesn’t matter: Silences confidence and participation.

✅ I regret having you in my class.:One of the deepest wounds a teacher can inflict.

Mastering Jolly Phonics Groups 1 to 7!

Learning to read doesn’t have to feel like a mystery. When children focus on letter sounds rather than memorizing entire words by sight, reading becomes an exciting puzzle they can solve step-by-step

💬 Teacher Tip: Remind your little ones: “Don’t memorise—blend!” Practice pushing those sounds together out loud until the word comes alive.
