To Our Esteemed Customers and Business Partners
On Tuesday, 16th September 2025, a tragic fire outbreak occurred at Mandilas, resulting in significant disruption and devastating losses within our business community. In light of this incident, I was unable to respond to messages and inquiries in a timely manner. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and assure you that all pending communications will be addressed promptly.
I wish to extend my deepest condolences to colleagues and business owners who suffered irreparable losses of shops, goods, and other valuables as a result of this unfortunate tragedy. This is indeed a difficult moment for many, and my thoughts and prayers remain with all those affected. May Almighty God grant strength, comfort, and healing during this challenging time.
I deeply appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued confidence. Together, we will overcome this setback and move forward with resilience.
