Some men shaa!

Even if you like, kill urself to please him. If he doesn't love you. He will still have zero regards for you.

So, there's this Malam in our compound. Our gate man to be precise. His first wife did everything to make sure her marriage wth him succedes but the aboki (already an alhaji ) still takes her as nothing. She has 5 kids( two sets of twiñs and her first child). She does the school runs alone, do everything even while heavily pregnant, severs her husband food at the small store at the front of our gate, takes up the gate man duty when the hubby is not around, keeps her surroundings neat, sweeps the whole compound twice a week just so she could earn a living from it and as well sell ground nuts and suger to support the family. U hardly see this woman nd her kids with different sets of clothes. They would we are wash nd repeat the same clothes. Some of the Plants , home appliances , school bags etc they make use of, us either she peak them from the bins or people will dash them. The small tend they sleep in has no bed , chair nor Television ne yet, her husband's family and friends come around and spend months wtthout her complaining. Infact, u will always see her laughing and gisting wth them.

Long story short. She and her family went back to the North this long vacation nd her husband already brought in a new wife. Finished the tent wth bed, fan, television etc.. This very new one is so lazy that she rarely sweep her surroundings. They stay so close to where we dispose of our waste and you would see flies petching their place, yet, the very husband that treated the hard working and submissive one like a plagues still loves and adore her. The ill behaviour of this new one is a story for another day nd she still get all the look and attention the first tried so hard to get wth all her hard work.

Bottom line: If a man does like nor find u appealing as his woman, ur behaviour nor kindness toward him and his family wont't make him do.

S%x without wife’s consent can attract life imprisonment- Lagos DPP warns

The Lagos State Government has warned husbands against forcing their wives into having s without their consent, stating that such conduct could attract life imprisonment under the state’s criminal laws.

The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Lagos State Ministry of Justice, Dr. Babajide Martins, gave the warning while speaking at the commencement of the Lagos State Domestic and Sexu@l V!olence Awareness Month.

Responding to a question on whether a married woman can sue her husband for r@pe for having s%x with her without consent, Martins explained that while Nigerian law does not recognise marital r@pe, the Lagos State Criminal Law provides for the offence of sexu@l ass@ult by pe*******on, which carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

He said that a husband who forcefully has sexu@l in*******se with his wife after she has withheld consent could be prosecuted under that provision.

“Any man that feels because he paid his wife’s dowry, nobody can challenge him for domestic violence, the wife should report such a man to the Domestic and Sexu@l Violence Agency,” he said.

Martins further explained that the law distinguishes between r**e and sexu@l assault by pe*******on in the context of marriage.

“Under Lagos State criminal law, a man cannot be accused of r@ping his wife if they are together and are in good terms. However, once there is an issue between them and the wife refuses to have s with him, the husband cannot force her. If the husband forces her and the wife reports him, we will not charge him for r@pe but for sexual ass@ult by pe*******on, and the punishment is life imprisonment’’ he said

The DPP urged women experiencing any form of domestic or sexu@l v!olence to report such incidents to the Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency for appropriate legal action.

Scrolling through Instagram and I came across a post by Aproko Doctor about oil 😭😭😭

Immediately, I jumped up and went straight to test my own oil 🤣🤣🤣

Kie! I just weak 😭😂 And to think it was my mum that showed me the woman I buy this oil from ooo. She was like, “Buy from this woman, her oil is good” 😭😭

Now I have done the test and honestly, I’m disappointed… but wait o 👀 Maybe I’m the one that doesn’t understand the results 🤣🤣

Is this oil actually good or not? You people should help me judge abeg 😭😂
