Lord I am grateful

It's the second half of the year and my heart is so filled with joy because indeed his goodness and mercy has followed me.

In this moment, I look back to the beginning of the year and indeed God has been faithful. I have enjoyed is grace and mercy so much. Nothing qualified me for these things I am experiencing, only his mercy.

I am thankful for my family and friends. Also for my life.❤️

Today’s celebration reminded me of something deeply unsettling.

As humans, we are gradually becoming consumed by greed. In many ways, it has become so normalized that people now display it openly, sometimes without even realizing it.

Empathy is fading. Compassion is becoming rare. We are slowly losing the true essence of humanity, kindness, consideration, and genuine care for one another. And honestly, that is heartbreaking.

Life is already difficult for so many people. A little kindness, patience, understanding, or support can mean the world to someone fighting battles silently. We may never fully know what another person is going through, which is why choosing humanity over selfishness will always matter.

Be kind to people.
Show empathy.
Lead with love while we still can.

What a shame it would be if we lost our humanity completely.
