My Review on AFTER AMEN 1
I was privileged to watch AFTER AMEN last night, which I watched twice just last night. The movie was not just something to watch for fun or entertainment; it was inspirational and mind-opening.
Brother Martins said, "Our judgment is irrelevant when Heaven has made its decisions." You can't change it, no matter what. Whatever is decided in heaven is already stamped and final. Your opinion is not needed.
Brother Martins also said, "Men cry because they want answers (emotional), but God waits because He wants understanding (eternal)." He wants you to understand Him and the things He's doing in your life.
What actually interested me mainly in the movie was the part about THE 4 HEAVEN TECHNOLOGY OF PRAYER. I had a broader understanding of prayer and the way prayer is to be done.
-Prayer was not designed to ask for things. Matthew 6: 9- 13 made us to understand the dimensions of prayer.
- It is not transactional; it is relational. -Prayer is to know Him, not to use Him.
