VACCINES: BEFORE YOU DECIDE, ASK QUESTIONS.
There was life before vaccines, and there is life with vaccines. I’m not here to tell anyone to vaccinate or not to vaccinate. I simply believe we should ask questions, investigate and understand what we give ourselves and our children.
Today, children receive several vaccines at different ages and multiple doses. Personally, I was given just one vaccine as a baby. I grew up healthy, I don’t get sick, and I maintain my health through my diet and some leaves. So I sometimes ask: What is the purpose of each additional vaccine and dose, and what protection is each intended to provide?
What exactly is in the specific vaccine? Some contain aluminium salts, some contain thiomersal (a mercury-containing preservative), and some use live-attenuated organisms. Depending on the manufacturing process, trace amounts of substances such as formaldehyde may also remain. These are not in every vaccine, so investigate the specific one. (WHO)
Don’t follow fear blindly, but don’t follow trust blindly either. Ask. Read. Investigate. Observe.
I’m also concerned about the growing conversation around autism. Are we seeing more cases, more awareness and diagnosis, or a combination of factors? What can we learn by looking carefully at the evidence?
I have observed someone who has never received a vaccine, and their health and lifestyle made me ask more questions. I’ve also seen a child receive a malaria vaccine and later experience malaria. These are my observations, not proof or medical advice.
Even with my dogs, I’m observing one vaccinated and one not vaccinated. I have more to say, but I won’t tell anyone what decision to make.
Your health. Your child. Your responsibility.
Don’t make decisions blindly. Ask questions. Investigate. Understand. Observe. Then make informed decisions.
