1 part Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège
1/5 part simple syrup
5 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
1 tsp absinthe
RECIPE
Step 1: Add Hennessy V.S.O.P Privilège, simple syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
Step 2: Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass washed with absinthe.
Step 3: Garnish with an orange twist.
